Green and Gold Pty Ltd. decide to move their manufacturing operations into a semi-rural area for reasons of cost. They acquire a vacant five hectare property, which is too large for their current needs, so they decide to build three factories on the site. Their intention is to occupy the first factory, rent out the second and sell the third on completion.

Example Solution: Commercial Development (Post Construction)
Green and Gold Pty Ltd. have now finished construction of the three factories. They've moved into the first factory, found tenants for the second and have sold the third. The Commercial Property Development Loan is now refinanced with a longer term Commercial Loan.
